Below we have detailed the three main areas of our process, although every build will differ slightly as we provide bespoke solutions to homeowners; we fit our process around you. Design and Costing
We carry out a full survey of your site and garden to establish the groundworks required for the construction of an annexe on your plot. We also assess the logistics of introducing power, water and sewage to your new annex as well as the ease of access to the site for tools and materials. No lengthy or obstructive planning processes are involved so generally we will be able to proceed quickly. Our annex solutions are covered by the Caravan Act and we explain the regulations governing their installation and the tests an annex has to comply with in order to conform with the legislation.
Build and Delivery
Once your annex design requirements are established, we explain the various finishing and personal choice options that are available to you in terms of doors and windows, cladding, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, heating, lighting, decoration and outside landscaping. Our team will then arrange a convenient schedule of work and start the build for you. With 30 years of experience, you can be confident that the work will be completed on time and to a very high standard.
