NO FULL PLANNING PERMISSION REQUIRED
Most of our granny annexes are built under the Caravan Act, meaning you'll typically only need a Certificate of Lawful Development rather than full planning permission.
This provides a simpler route than a full planning application.
Mobile Annexe Ltd manages the Certificate of Lawful Development application on your behalf, working with local planning authorities across Essex. We currently hold a 99% success rate in securing these certificates for our clients.

FROM DESIGN TO COMPLETION
Every project begins with a full site and garden survey.
We'll assess your plot, discuss your requirements and advise you on groundworks, access and utility connections.
From there, we'll guide you through the design and specification of your new annexe, manage your Certificate of Lawful Development application and take care of the complete build from the foundations through to your finished, move-in-ready home.
Our builds typically take around 12–16 weeks on-site.
