Our Recently Completed Garden Annexe

We are delighted to announce we have completed yet another build for one of our clients, who is pleased with their new Annexe in their garden. This Annexe was custom built to our clients specifications and took 12 weeks to build under the Caravan Act, therefore no planning permission was required.

10m x 5m Garden Annexe

The client chose a 10m x 5m build including a spacious Living/Kitchen area, a bathroom with a full size shower, sink and toilet. The bedroom includes an enclosed dressing room for additional storage, keeping their home minimalistic and modern.

'Light Mist' cladding was chosen for this build with 'Anthracite Grey' soffit and fascia, perfectly matching the external lighting added into the cladding and the picket fence surrounding the build. Double glazed 'Anthracite Grey' bi-fold doors were selected, ensuring natural light hits the living room and kitchen area, which is the biggest space within this garden annexe. The bi-fold doors selected not only trap the warm air inside the annexe but can be opened to allow fresh air inside the build during the summer months.

A pent fibreglass roof was chosen for this build to match an existing outbuilding in their garden however, we do offer the option of a pitched roof should it suit the environment of your build better.

6m x 5m Games Room

Our Client decided to go one step further and request another smaller Annexe within their garden, built to the maximum size of 30 metres squared under permitted development. This Garden Annexe's primary function for the client is a Games Room, but perfectly matches the style and aesthetics of their neighbouring Mobile Annexe Home.
